Damon is Marketing & Communications Lead, and a Trustee of the Gambian Children’s Fund. After several years in the corporate world, he chose to dedicate his career to causes that matter most: working in environmentalism and international development to help create lasting change for people and the planet. This decision came from a deep belief that the skills and experience gained in business can be a powerful force for good when used to support communities in need.

For the past decade, Damon has partnered with charities and NGOs to shine a light on important issues, amplify voices that are too often overlooked, and inspire others to take action. At the Gambian Children’s Fund, he is passionate about telling the stories of the children and families the charity supports, helping to connect donors with the real difference their generosity makes in The Gambia.
